Human Resources Intern

This is a perfect opportunity for a go-getter finishing their education and getting ready to start their HR career. This role is a dynamic and diverse position that requires strong attention to detail, superior organization skills, and an eagerness to learn and take ownership of key HR programs. Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience learning quickly, exceeding expectations, and taking on more responsibility
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, HRIS, and Payroll software)
  • Minimum of 2 years of study in an HR degree or certificate program (candidates with more experience will also be considered)
  • Superior talent acquisition experience and/or a passion for recruitment
  • Evidence of administering and fostering a successful rewards and recognition program preferred
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
