Bindery Loader

Are you looking to develop your career in Bindery in Print Manufacturing? This is a fantastic opportunity to be a Loader on the Bolero binding machine. The Bindery Loader’s primary responsibility is to load/replenish empty skids.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience loading and replenishing empty skids
  • Previous print manufacturing experience is an asset
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Ability to work ALL shifts (days, afternoons, nights) including continental shifts (12 hours rotating shifts: (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.)
  • Secondary/High School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent is an asset
  • Excellent ability to stay organized and pay attention to detail
  • Excellent at carrying out work instructions and able to ask questions when needed


Key Responsibilities:

  • Load/replenish ‘pyramids’ or remove empty skids and replace with full skids.
  • Lift bundles from skids in pockets in proper sequence.
  • Stage and plan make ready in preparation for next job in queue.
