August 21, 2017 – We are pleased to announce that Bronwen Zwicker has joined Webcom as the new Customer Service Manager. Bronwen has built her career by being relentlessly focused on the customer experience and streamlining related processes as necessary to achieve excellent customer outcomes.
Bronwen spent her formative career years working at Pi Media and St. Joseph Content in account management roles, working directly with key strategic customers. Most recently, Bronwen was the Director of Business Development & Marketing at Maracle Inc.
We are excited to have Bronwen take on this role. Bronwen’s ability to consider the customer experience, define and refine processes, and implement change will be a huge asset to the Webcom team. Her customer-centric approach to building relationships will help us move forward with improving our customer-facing processes and internal customer-supporting activities.
