  • Mike Collinge

    Mike Collinge

    President and CEO
    Mike has spent his entire career at Webcom, starting in 1980 as an estimator and steadily climbing the ranks to President. Known for his strong customer focus and energetic drive, he has been instrumental in building sales in the US and Canada and in expanding Webcom’s digital and web offset book printing services. Mike is actively involved with publishing industry advocacy and leadership, and has served as President of the Book Manufacturers’ Institute and held leadership roles with the Book and Periodical Council and the Canadian Book Manufacturers’ Association.

    Rhonda Suurd

    Director of Human Resources & Customer Service
    Prior to joining Webcom in 2012, Rhonda worked in a variety of not-for-profit, public and private industries, and brings those best practices to help meet the unique needs of book manufacturing employees. A voracious reader with eclectic tastes, she has a passion for manufacturing books and helping the people who make them. Rhonda is an active member of her profession, mentoring up-and-coming HR talent through the HRPA York Region chapter.
  • Marc Doucet

    Marc Doucet

    Director of Sales
    Marc's career began in the Canadian Publishing industry selling and marketing books to the Canadian retail and online channels. He joined Webcom in 2002 and over the course of 11 years worked with the sales team to support Trade and Educational Publishing domestically and internationally. For a few years he worked in several other industries to broaden his perspective, learn best practices, and in 2017 brought that knowledge back to Webcom to help develop strategies for the changing book market and provide outstanding service to those who rely on Webcom to help differentiate their publications. Passionate about sales coaching and team development, Marc invests his time in strategic development to empower the sales team to anticipate customer business requirements and develop solutions that go beyond print.
