  • From the File Menu select Print.
  • On the Document tab, Select Include Blank Pages (see Figure 1).
  • Set the Registration to Centered.
  • Bleed amount should be 3/16".
  • Offset should be a minimum of 24 pt.

    Step 2

    1. On the Setup tab, select the Printer Description for either Prinergy Refiner or the Acrobat Distiller PPD (see Figure 2).
    2. The Paper Width should be 1" wider than the width of your document.

    Step 3

    1. On the Output tab, set Print Colors to Composite CMYK (see Figure 3).
    2. Set the resolution to 2400 dpi.
    3. Set the frequency to 120 lpi.
    4. Select the Options tab.
    5. For Pictures, set Output to Normal (see Figure 4).
    6. Set Data to Binary.
    7. Set OPI to include images.
    8. Select Full Resolution TIFF Output.

    Step 4

    1. Click on the Page Setup button at the bottom left. This will bring up the LaserWriter Page Setup (see Figure 5).
    2. Click on PostScript Options to bring up this window.
    3. Turn all of the options Off.
    4. Click OK.

    Step 5

    3. The Format should be PostScript Job, ASCII and Level 2 and 3 Compatible.
    4. Set Font Inclusion to All.
