PostScript from Corel Ventura, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher and WordPerfect is generated by printing to the PostScript device previously installed (click here for instructions on how to install and configure a PostScript driver). You may need to make this driver the Default if the application you are using does not allow you to select a Printer from within the Print Dialog box.
- Open the document and from the File Menu select Print.
- Enter the pages for page range if applicable.
- Click Print. Do not select Print to File (if the option is available).
Generally, the default settings in the print dialog boxes do not need to be changed, however, we recommend that a sample file be sent to us for testing. These PostScript files can be converted to PDF by using Acrobat Distiller. Please see the section on Acrobat Distiller, click here.
