OVERVIEW

While Webcom is happy to accept most application files in their native format, we prefer that you send us your text files as PostScript and/or PDF.

CREATING POSTSCRIPT FILES

Since PostScript is a control language that will work independently of the software used to create it, this format can save you both time and money. This is especially true for Webcom customers who operate in a Windows environment, where there is a greater variety of software programs and versions of the same software currently being used for publishing.

PRINT DRIVER SETUP

Installing and configuring your Print Driver is the first step to creating PostScript files for use with Webcom’s all-digital prepress workflow. Follow the steps carefully to ensure that the PostScript files you create will be compatible with Webcom’s workflow.
