 Webcom produces multimedia CD-ROM for Harvey IndustriesWebcom and our new media company, EDge Interactive Publishing have delivered the 1998 edition of the "Interactive Guide for Quality Building Products" to Harvey Industries in Waltham, MA.This interactive, multimedia CD-ROM is used by Harvey Industries in combination with its printed catalog to more effectively market their various lines of building products to construction contractors. Working closely with Harvey personnel, the New Media Product Development Group developed a unique product which is easy to use, utilizes the latest in multimedia technology and runs on all popular platforms. Harvey's customers can use the CD-ROM to quickly search for specific product information, select and view different style and colour options and view informational videos. An added benefit for the contractors are product features that allow them to create cost estimates for specific jobs, add their mark-up, output customer proposals, and create itemized order forms for purchasing products from Harvey.
