KINGSTON, ON - September 22, 2004 - Levac Supply Ltd. and Webcom Limited have entered into an agreement to revamp the Levac website and increase functionality with features and tools that will allow for better communication to Levac's customers.

As Stephen Garret, Marketing/Procurement/IT for Levac Supply Ltd., sees it, "Webcom is supplying us with a technological edge as far as web site functionality and design." One of the features Webcom will be delivering is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool that will expedite communications to their large client base. The CRM functionality will allow them to stay closer to their sales reps. with marketing and sales strategies. In the second phase of development Levac's customers will benefit with better access to information.

Located in Kingston Ontario, Levac Supply Ltd. was started in 1965. As a family run business Mark and Randy are second generation owners, and are now running the company. Levac Supply Ltd. continues to expand and grow its business through product offerings and services by having another location in Brockville, Ontario which makes it easier for customers to purchase products.
