In December 2005, the Book & Periodical Council presented Webcom with a framed commemoration in response to their ongoing commitment to Freedom To Read Week.

For the past 21 years, Webcom has supported Freedom of Expression in Canada with the Freedom To Read Week campaign and poster production.

The BPC depends on many volunteers, as well as Webcom's ongoing support printing posters, to achieve heightened awareness of Freedom of Expression issues and to help educate Canadians.
